Ronnie O’Sullivan withdrew from this year’s British Open, while World Snooker Tour announced on Tuesday.
The 49 -year -old boy will play Sanderson Lam at the opening ceremony of the forbidden Monday, and the exact characteristics of his medical state are unclear.
Seven world champions have not played since mid -August Saudi Arabia Masters and have been absent from the English opening this week.
“Ronnie O’Sullivan withdrew from medical reasons for next week’s Unibet British Open.
“O’Sullivan was due to the pace of Sanderson Lam in the opening round on Monday, September 22, and he was replaced by the highest player in Daniel Womersley, the 2025 Q school ranking list.
O’Sullivan posted a video of a violent exercise that reads the Instagram caption on Monday. “Exercise is very important to me. There is a way of thinking as well as the body.”
The British Open will be held at Cheltenham Racecourse and run from September 22-28.
