3. Use the code on your receipt to enter the ROSS sweepstakes.

ROSS holds a monthly sweepstakes that awards one grand prize and five runners-up. To enter, submit your receipt number to the sweepstakes website. You could win up to $1,000!

4. Look for discounted items outside of the customs clearance area.

10. Know the ROSS return policy.

Opened software and merchandise that has been used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

This means that if you don’t like what you purchased or got it at a cheaper price, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please bring your ID and original receipt.

If you return an item without a receipt, you must obtain system approval. (Be sure to bring a valid ID.) If approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange at current retail price.

Items returned after 30 days, whether or not received, will be exchanged or credited to the store.
