Ruben Amorim argued that there is no plan to escape the Manchester United job and his system will not blame their struggle at a press conference.

“We will reach a point that is impossible for everyone because it is a very large club with many sponsors with two owners. So it is difficult. The balance is really difficult, so I don’t worry about it.
“What I want is to see the team wins or lose in the same way, and we don’t do so in playing soccer that anyone can play.
“So my biggest problem is that (if) I believe in you when my team says our team is the system.
“I’m crazy about it because I can see the team, and I see this team playing in another system.
“We must play in the same way with the same force with the same focus with the same focus. If so, the system does not matter.”
Do you think it’s close to or still have patience?
Amorim: “It’s not a problem. Because soccer is the same, I need one more game. We need one more game. We win, hope and see in the next game.

“The trust in everything about our club, system, how we do will be completely different.
“So, if you win, everything is fine. If you lose, you doubt yourself, team members, coaches, everything about everything. And it is normal.
“There are no three matches with Brentford. Recently, we play from Luke Shaw, two center backs and behind the right. They first play in different positions.
“So it’s not three center backs: it’s the same as having a slightly different position. It was the same as 4-4-2 against Brentford. The problem is that we are not good at the ball and we have been soft and lost.
“But imagine that we score the penalty. In the last goal we are trying to win the game. Everyone is out of position. It can happen in 4-3-3 or 3-4-3. So I think the details are more important than the system.”
Should I suggest which of the players should play with 4?
Amorim: “No, I’m the manager of the club. It’s a big club. The media will instruct me to do.
“I talk with the players every day and explain what’s happening with our team. Again, it’s not always 3-4-3.
“We think we are thinking about the system, but I think we should look at all parts of the game, which has been playing on other systems for several years and talking about the lack of identity.
