In a statement late Tuesday, Russia’s Defense Ministry said this year’s parade will include representatives from all units of the Russian armed forces and a colorful flyover. However, it was clearly stated that “the Suvorov Military School, Nakhimov (Navy) School, cadets of the cadet corps and ranks of military equipment will not participate in the military parade this year.”
