Russian President Vladimir Putin marked Victory Day with a scaled-back military ceremony in Moscow’s Red Square on Saturday.
President Putin also agreed. President Zelenskyy also agreed. Both easily. And there’s a little bit of time where they won’t kill anyone. Very good.
