Gunmen opened fire on people on the streets of Tel Aviv on Tuesday evening, according to police, and Israeli media reported that at least six people were killed.
In addition, at least seven people were injured and many were reported to be in critical condition.
Images posted on social media showed a gunman opening fire on passers-by at a train station in the Jaffa region, with injured people lying on the ground.
Police said the two attackers were “neutralized” and described the motive as “terrorism.”
