Future Found Sanctuary, a five-star resort owned by Newmark Hotels & Reserves located at the foot of Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, has announced the launch of a series of wellness packages aimed at providing guests with a holistic and regenerative experience.
The new offering, available starting September 13, was developed by Steve Uria, director of wellness at Newmark Hotels & Reserves. Uria said the resort aims to meet the growing trend of travelers seeking more than a traditional hotel stay.
“People are no longer just booking a hotel stay; they’re looking to rejuvenate, recharge and regenerate. To meet that demand, we’ve created a series of small group wellness retreats hosted at Future Found Sanctuary that are designed to be a wonderful mix of physical, emotional and mental modalities to help people reset while they stay with us,” says Uria.
What's included?
Retreat packages range from a two-night Reset Retreat focusing on personal wellbeing assessments and guided walks to a five-night African Horizon Retreat that includes a deep dive into mindfulness practices and local cultural experiences. All packages offer a mix of physical activities such as yoga and hiking, and mental and emotional practices such as meditation and sound journeys.
In addition to structured activities, guests can enjoy the sanctuary’s luxurious amenities, including spa treatments and gourmet meals made with locally sourced ingredients. The surrounding Table Mountain National Park also offers hiking and exploring opportunities.
