Subsack is launching video feeds like Tiktok in the app.

Subsack has doubled the video due to the uncertainty of Tiktok in the United States, which is the latest platform that can introduce feeds such as Tiktok by announcing that it will release video feeds on the app on Monday.

Given the timing of launch, Substack aims to prepare for the potential space left by Tiktok to face the US ban.

This measure occurs a month after a month after Subsack announced that the producer made a profit on the platform and posted a video post directly on the Substack app.

Subsack introduced the in -app media tab in 2024 after starting the basic video for the first time in 2022. The tab is now re -designed with a scrollable video feed featuring a short video of less than 10 minutes. Subskack is scheduled to release long formats and podcast previews soon in feed.

The company believes that the new feed will provide a better way to allow the creators who try a new format and allow better visibility and discovery and go beyond the letter from the readers.

With the new feed, Substack Writers and Creators can explore multimedia content beyond the text -based newsletter.

As of February, 82% of the most -level writers of the platform are using multimedia in more than 50% in April, Subsack says. The company believes in a super -charged new video feed because the company can grow the audience at the publisher published.

For example, a producer with a substack newsletter may also post a short form of video content on tiktok. Now they provide incentives to share the same short -term video content in Substack.

Through this new tiktok, Subskack is increasing the demand for fast -paced content. Subsack has joined the number of other popular apps that have launched their own short video feed with the popularity of Tiktok, including Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Netflix, and LinkedIn.
