Hull KR Star Mikey Lewis ended rumors of connecting him to the NRL by signing a new five -year contract with the club by 2030.
The 24 -year -old boy, who won the Steel of Steel Award in 2024, was made by Wigan Warriors last season when he created the Super League Grand Finals.
In 2025, the club clicked on the Challenge Cup and League Leader Shield. Lewis committed his future is the big bonus of the organization.
“This is a tremendous honor. It feels like a house for me. The way the club changes from the start of the first preseason in 2018 is a long time ago.”

“There was a tremendous transition to this club and I want to be part of that journey. I feel like the east of Hull brought me as one of myself. The city and the club means everything to me.
“I want to make my own legacy in Hull Kr and beat the trophy with the team around me. I can’t make our own legacy as a team without knowing why we can’t do that.
“We want to win as much as possible. It is a dream to be able to do that and train and play with the best colleagues.
“For the next five years, I want to continue to build this year. We’ve been building for the last two to three years. We want to compete with the trophy every year in the finals. I want to leave nothing in the field.
Lewis is the winner of the Steel of Steel and is outstanding for Rovers.
“Thank you with the board of directors who have been able to stay here for a long time with the coaching staff, Paul (Lakin).
“I will play in front of the best fans every week in the super league, and I won’t be in today’s position without everyone’s support.”
Hull KR Senior Coach Willie Peters Added: “It is an important signature not only for Hull KR but also for British super leagues and games.
“It is important for the club to maintain the coming star with the expansion of the NRL. When a player like Mikey devotes to the club for five years, you can’t underestimate how important it is.
“Mikey finished this deal after looking at everything in his life. It is not about him, but about his young boy. It shows how far away Mikey is his personal growth and maturity.”
