  • 16 oz. Butterfly

  • The dressing material is mixed with a glass bottle. Tighten the lid of the jar tightly and shake it violently.

  • Overlap all the ingredients (except Chow main noodles) on a large bowl or platter.

  • Just before you are ready to serve, pour 3/4 of the dressing on top of the salad and mix. Add Chau Main Noodles and give another throw.

  • If you want, add more dressing. Serve and enjoy immediately!

  • The Teriyaki source brand makes a difference in this recipe. It is recommended to use the brand included above.
  • You can add mandarin orange, but you tend to dominate the taste, so use it rarely.
  • Crayin can be an option. Replace with raisins, golden raisins or mandarin orange. Or just omit it.
