How long do Thanksgiving leftovers last?

Depending on the dish, most Thanksgiving leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. You can enjoy it until about Monday.

Please note that food prepared in advance on Wednesday counts as one day left in the refrigerator, so leftover food must be eaten by Sunday.

Most Thanksgiving leftovers, including turkey, can be frozen for several months. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and foil, or place in an airtight container and freeze.
