The Ashes: England vs Australia men’s and women’s fixtures confirmed for 2027 edition | cricket news

England’s men’s and women’s teams will face Australia in a simultaneous Ashes series at their home stadium in 2027.

The England men’s quest to avenge a 4-1 loss in the 2025-26 series Down Under and reclaim the urn begins with the first Test at Trent Bridge on June 18.

Lord’s and Edgbaston will host the second and third Tests ahead of the historic fourth Test at Southampton’s Utilita Bowl, which will host the men’s Ashes Test for the first time from July 21.

The series concludes with the fifth and final Test at The Kia Oval on July 29.

England are scheduled to face Pakistan in a five-match ODI series from May 15-26 and will conclude their Ashes preparations with a one-off Test against Bangladesh at Lord’s on May 28.

England’s summer schedule concludes with an eight-match white-ball series against New Zealand on September 25. It will consist of three ODIs and five T20Is starting from September 7.

Like the men’s team, England women face a similarly steep climb towards Ashes glory after losing 16-0 in the 2025 series in Australia.

The multi-format series will then shift to T20Is at Trent Bridge (July 3), The Kia Oval (July 6) and Emirates Old Trafford (July 9).

The 2027 Women’s Ashes concludes with three one-day internationals at Southampton (July 13), Lord’s (July 16) and Edgbaston (July 20).
