BBC’s Science Editor Rebecca Morelle spoke to four Artemis II astronauts as they returned home from a dramatic lunar flight that saw them travel further from Earth than any other human being.
Speaking about what was expected to be the last phone call from the capsule before the crash on Saturday, mission specialist Christina Koch said she would mainly miss the “camaraderie”, describing the relationships formed among the crew as “brothers and sisters.”
