AriZona is cooler than ever in the freezer aisle.
As summer begins, popular iced tea and juice brands are entering new categories, and they'll probably give you a few brain freezes.
AriZona Ice Pops are available in three flavors: Mucho Mango, Fruit Punch, and Watermelon, based on the flavors of three of today's most popular juice products. According to the brand, each pop contains 50 calories and contains no artificial flavors or sweeteners.
“From sweltering summer heat to sweet treats, AriZona juices provide welcome refreshment to Americans across the country,” Spencer Vultaggio, CMO of AriZona, said in a press release. “The freezer aisle was the obvious next step for our flavor-forward brand and we’re eager to hear what people think.”
Ice Pops will be sold for a limited time at select retailers nationwide, competing with established brands like Popsicle and Outshine.
AriZona, best known for its tall iced tea cans, has also shown interest in expanding its product portfolio into new categories. In 2021, it launched a hard seltzer in collaboration with Heineken, and last summer it introduced a line of hard tea products. The company also entered ground coffee in 2021 with its Sun Brew line.

KitKat adds coolness with its pink lemonade flavor.
Kit Kat is giving consumers another way to relieve the heat this summer with a pink lemonade flavored version.
According to Hershey, the limited-edition product, which includes crunchy wafers wrapped in pink lemonade-flavored cream, offers a refreshing taste experience with an unexpected strawberry flavor. The Pennsylvania company said the new flavor has more than 93% of Gen Z and millennials preferring the Pink Lemonade treat.
“Creating new and unexpected taste experiences for KIT KAT® fans is at the core of what we do,” Hilary Long, Hershey’s Kit Kat brand lead, said in a statement. She said, “For summer fun, KIT KAT Pink Lemonade Flavored Bars create an immersive experience reminiscent of a refreshing glass of pink lemonade as the weather warms up.”
Kit Kat Pink Lemonade joins other previously launched expansions by the brand, including Chocolate Frosted Donuts, Churros, Birthday Cake and Blueberry Muffins.
Hershey said the limited-edition Kit Kat flavor complements its classic milk chocolate products and plays a valuable role in helping the Pennsylvania-based company “continue to grow interest in the KIT KAT brand.”
The flavors were created using consumer insights, key trends and top-performing flavors, the company said. This information will help Kit Kat decide whether to create limited edition, seasonal, or permanent products.
