A new kind of Kimpton resort
Located along the Cancun-Tulum corridor Kimpton Tres Rios It is positioning itself as an all-inclusive resort centered on nature, Mexican culture, food, and wellness.

The natural environment is expected to play a central role in the resort experience, with outdoor adventures offered along with swimming pools, beaches, restaurants and spas.

Kimpton Tres Rios is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ growth drive and broader regional expansion into the luxury all-inclusive segment.
In line with the resort opening Kimpton Las Mercedes Kimpton’s continued expansion takes place in Santo Domingo (but not all inclusive) and throughout Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Tres Rios will be one of the brand’s most ambitious resort projects in the region due to its all-inclusive model and expansive natural surroundings.
The opening also comes as Riviera Maya continues to add new luxury properties along the corridor between Cancún and Tulum.
Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out begins at noon. Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
