I really like the Oura ring. It’s like having a personal health coach at your fingertips! Sleep tracking is my favorite feature. Even though it’s not 100% perfect, the data is very interesting and motivates me. Activity tracking is very important and my husband and I have fun little competitions every day to see who can do better. It’s well worth the investment and would make an amazing gift for anyone interested in wellness or health tracking!

“I received my Oura ring as a Christmas gift, not last year, but the year before that, in 2024. Basically, my ring is now 1 year and 3 months old. I recently noticed that the ring is not holding a charge like it used to. It used to last a few days without charging, but now I find that it dies within a day or two. If I’m lucky, it may take two days. I went to the website and started a customer chat with the AI bot. It said in one sentence: “My ring won’t charge like it used to. “I don’t.” The bot requested the email address associated with my account. The bot found my account and said, “We found something wrong with my ring,” and within two minutes the AI bot said it would ship me a replacement.
I received a confirmation email about an hour after speaking with customer service. I was shocked and very impressed! I just wanted to pass along this tip in case anyone else knows it.
