The Professional Tennis Players Association has accused ATP’s attempt to force the player and is looking for a court order to prohibit such actions.
PTPA, a player organization co -founded by Novak Djokovic, began legal action against tennis rulers, including ATP and WTA, earlier this week.
In response to this, ATP accused PTPA that “divisions and distractions through wrong information about progress were chosen,” and that the war of horse was on Saturday.
In a post on Social Media Site X, PTPA manager Ahmad Nassar told the organization that the player attempted to “illegally threaten retaliation and force players.”
Nassar said, “We must stop.” Last night, we raised a brief consent to an American judge to prohibit all illegal contacts of ATP, defendant or conspirator.
“We have witnessed doubled on illegal and compulsory school bully behavior, thankfully, these legal issues will not be judged in school structure or X.
“This is a kind of behavior we have to raise these global legal issues at first. Tennis is a large international business, and what the law requires and players and fans are worth it.”
In response to this, the ATP spokesman said in the PA news agency: “We know the request for additional court order pursued by PTPA and refute the claim.
“The core of ATP is our dedication to the player. Now it is a legal issue, so I can’t mention it anymore.”
Dissatisfaction with PTPA says that there is a competition for competition between tournaments, which reduces the prize money, Draconian Ranking point system, uninstalled schedule and fiscal exploitation of players.
In addition, the players competed late at night and criticized the government that ignored the welfare of the athlete by forcing privacy invasion through extreme heat and brand peninsula ping.
