US President Donald Trump has fired more than 12 lawyers who have worked as two criminal cases.
Attorney General James McChenry has been dismissed after a conclusion that he will not be able to faithfully fulfill the president’s agenda because he played an important role in prosecution of the president, according to the BBC’s US partner CBS News.
Lawyers were members of the team of former special lawyers, Jack Smith, and investigated his charges of Trump’s classified documents and attempts to overturn the 2020 election defeat.
