A career built on Bahamian hospitality
Fritz, a Nassau native, discovered his interest in hospitality through an internship. atlantis paradise island Before earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration Bethune-Cookman University.
After returning to the Bahamas, he spent his career working in various resort departments, starting as a bellman and moving into leadership positions emphasizing guest service and operations.
His experience includes roles at several major Bahamas hotel brands, providing operational knowledge across a variety of guest-facing departments.
Most recently, Fritz has been recognized as: Manager of the Year At Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau. At the beginning of his career, he also earned the following: branch manager and quarterly employees honors during service Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
Leading customer experience
As Guest Experience Manager, Fritz will work across multiple departments to help coordinate activities, entertainment and personalized services during each guest’s stay.
His responsibilities include overseeing programs for families, supporting special celebrations and helping deliver experiences designed to reflect the character of The Bahamas.
