
Passengers traveling to Cuba must complete a digital passenger entry form before arriving on the island. The D’VIAJEROS form is a digital customs declaration form that allows entry into Cuba. D’VIAJEROS is a process that facilitates the transit of passengers to and from Cuba. One of its goals is to speed up the process at various points of entry into the country.

The D’VIAJEROS process offers several benefits to travelers: Overall, you have a better travel experience when going through immigration, health, and customs services. Travelers:

- Contact and document exchange with port authorities have decreased.

- Tourist and government services are available while in Cuba.
How to fill out the form
Effective from November 2021, this form must be completed by all travelers, including children, residents, citizens and visitors, entering Cuba through the airport. Travelers must complete the following sections of the form:

- Hygiene information
General travel information for travelers
Travelers to Cuba should be aware of the island’s entry requirements.
Allowed items
The following items may be imported into Cuba:
- Personal belongings for which no customs duties are payable.
- New and used items up to the approved price limit of P1,000.
prohibited items
The following items cannot be brought into Cuba:
- Psychoactive or hallucinogenic substances.
- Precursor material.
- explosive.
- Blood inducer.
- Drugs and drugs.
- Literature, objects and objects that are obscene, indecent or infringe on the public interest of the state.
- Products of animal origin (cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and all ungulates) that can carry disease.
