US President Donald Trump welcomed conservative activist Charlie Kirk as “great American heroes” and “martyrs” while speaking with tens of thousands of mourners at a memorial in Arizona.
Trump was a headline speaker at an event packaged on Sunday, and he saw his executive’s best officials, including the JD Vance Vice President, who praised Kirk’s political heritage after being shot on September 10.
Trump was assassinated because he lived bravely to the crowds of the main farm stadium near Phoenix.
Kirk’s wife, Erika, also shed tears, saying she forgive her husband’s charges.
“Husband Charlie wanted to save young people like a person who gained his life,” she added.
Tens of thousands of people waited for hours outside the stadium before the event, and some camped to secure a seat the night before. Many people have rebuilt the United States (MAGA) hats, other Trump brand items and red, white and blue costumes.
The atmosphere and atmosphere in the stadium were similar to the noisy political rally or the Mega Church service, along with the music of a Christian band that stimulated Singalong and prayer from nearly 100,000 crowds.
The speaker list includes Turnt Point USA members, a member of the Kirk organization, and people who said that they were formed by conservative behaviorism on the university campus, well -known people, Trump administrative management and Kirk’s works and right -wing Christian worldviews.
They emphasized the need to continue the 31 -year -old behavioralism and emphasized his deep faith while serving for five hours. Kirk, who discussed the students when the students died at Utah’s university, were repeatedly described as martyrs and were cast as a historical figure of conservative movement.
EPASome speakers believed that their death would further revitalize the conservative moments of the United States, which is already strong in consideration of Trump’s control over the White House and Congress.
Stephen Miller, the vice president of the White House, said, “On the day of Charlie’s death, the angels cried, but the tears lit our hearts.” “Our enemies cannot understand our power.”
In one stage, Elon Musk, written by the public, who was bitter with Trump earlier this year, sat next to the president and waved and chatted.
On the stage of State Farm Stadium within the stand, KIRK was respected as a free speech activist and a mobiler of youth voting against Trump. Susie Wiles, White House, said, “Charlie was not just helpful and made a difference in victory.
“We will not be here without him,” the vice president of JD Vance said, “We will not be here without him.”
“We got it here,” he added, discussing KIRK’s political heritage.
VANCE was one of the main characters of the Trump administration speaking on the stage, including other major figures, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of State Pete Hegseth, and Heath of Robert F Kennedy Jr. It was one.
‘I forgive him’
They were followed by Kirk’s wife, Erika. She has been named as a new CEO of Turning Point USA after her death.
“I saw the wounds of his life,” she said. “I felt everything he would expect. I was shocked.
“On the last 10 days after Charlie’s assassination, we haven’t seen violence. We haven’t seen a riot. We haven’t seen a revolution. Instead, we have always seen my husband’s prayer in this country.
She said she forgave her husband’s 22 -year -old Tyler Robinson. Kirk said, “He forgives him, the young man, I forgive him. I forgive him because he was what he had done and Charlie did.”
There was a noisy reception when President Trump was on stage after Erica Kirk. He repeatedly praised Charlie Kirk and sometimes turned to an ordinary political story that mocks crime and former former Principal Joe Viden.
Trump said of Kirk, “He is now a martyr of American freedom.” I know that today, when any of us will forget Charlie, I am talking about everyone here today. And we will still do not do history. “
The president said he did not agree with Kirk. “He didn’t hate the other person, and he wanted their best,” he laughed. “There I don’t agree with Charlie. I hate others and don’t want them to be the best for them.”
Trump also attacked him called “radical left,” and condemned the left for the violence of the country.
At the end of his speech, Trump, who described Kirk as “the great of his generation,” joined the stage by Erika Kirk, and the crowd hugged as he applauded.
ReutersThe deep party event reflects how Kirk’s death has experienced extreme political division in the United States, and many people have been criticized on the left side of the left, calling for political violence.
The Trump administration is looking for a crackdown on calling it a “radical left,” which argued that the government’s accusation of overruling was used as an excuse for citizens’ freedom.
Robinson, accused of killing Kirk’s murder, is faced with death, but the motivation for murder has not yet been disclosed by officials.
Kirk was 18 years old, and the student organization, which focused on spreading conservative ideas on the university campus, was 18 years old when he co -founded the turning point USA.
He discussed on campus and became famous for his combat style and invited students to go to the microphone and challenge the right wing Christian worldview.
The clip of this exchange has built a big followers to his followers of more than 5 million people in X and more than 7m in Tiktok. This helped Trump’s youth voting.
While revitalizing young conservatives, his words about problems such as race and crime caused an angry liberal backlash. He was a powerful supporter of firearms, critical of abortion, transgender rights, and promoted false claims for Covid-19.
