U.S. President Donald Trump met with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi in the Oval Office and was asked why he had not informed allies of plans to attack Iran.
Trump responded by mentioning Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor during World War II, saying, “Who knows more about surprise attacks than the Japanese?”
