The Lesoto MP is facing a criminal accusation after accusing the monarch and the government of the country that they have signed a much larger neighbor of South Africa for signing Lesoto’s control.
Dr. TSHEPO Lipholo is also faced with charges of “dignity and violation of fame” by declaring himself as a major ruler of the inland state.
He appeared in court on Monday to apply for a jewelry, but was delayed in the second half of this month.
The opposition MP previously called for some of the South African Republic to be declared as “the territory of Lesoto,” and wanted to return to Lesoto’s control.
Among them is one of South African republics that share borders with a small South African state. Dr. Lipholo also claims some of the northern cape, MPUMALANGA, Eastern Cape and Kwazulu-Natal.
The Lesoto people, called Vaso Tor, lived in this area until they were seized by Afrikaners until the 19th century. Many people still live there, especially free.
In this bill, the state said, “Letsie III and the government signed Letsoto to become the 10th South African region.”
The remarks said they were made in various social media platforms and radio interviews between April and June 2025.
He was also accused of proclaiming the most important chief of the country’s colony, despite the existence of the king.
Samuel Makoro, a retired army official, was also arrested for providing Lipholo seeds and sensitive information on Friday.
Dr. Lipholo is a leader of Basotho Covenant Movement (BCM) with a single seat in Congress.
His consent, previously discussed in the Lesoto Parliament, is based on the 1962 UN resolution, which recognizes the right to self -determination and independence of the people of Basu Lands.
The view of South African officials is that the consent to reclaim the territory is that the view of the Baths is unlikely to present its own views. Because Lesoto does not enjoy the support.
One of the main obstacles was the African Union, the Cairo declaration of the African Union Organization in 1964, and African leaders agreed to recognize the existing border by colonial power, even if they rarely consider where other national groups lived.
The South African Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed this view early this year in response to the question of the parliament.
Dr. Lipholo told the British parliament that he had previously told the British parliament to the Lesotho press, “because Afrikaners did not correct the seized boundaries because it gave Lesotho independence in 1966,” he hoped to discuss.
According to sources, his legal team was given to insist on jewelry by July 25, 2025. He remains in policy custody.
