U.S. and Venezuela agree to restore relations
The U.S. State Department announced Thursday that it was resuming diplomatic relations with Venezuela. This comes as the US delegation is negotiating access to Venezuela’s mining industry.
“We have more than 20 American companies, some of the largest, strongest and best mining and minerals companies in the world. They represent billions of dollars of investment and thousands and thousands of new, high-paying jobs.”
