
President Ukraine questioned that Moscow had a team in Istanbul on Monday, and questioned that he would hold a peace talks in Russia.

But Pedan hoped that Turkey would eventually host a high -ranking summit.
“We sincerely think that it is time to bring President Trump, Putin and Gel Lenski to the table,” he said.
Peskov said that Russia’s ceasefire proposal would not be disclosed, and Moscow said that if meaningful progress was achieved in the preliminary discussions between the two countries, it would entertain the idea of high -end summit.
