In August, Ukraine surprised the Russian border guards in Russian Kursk in Russia’s Austral.
KYIV’s government clearly stated that there was no intention of catching the territory that was seized to be used as a bargaining chip in the future peace negotiations.
Zelensky said the Saturday strike said, “The strikes were compared to how they took the war with Chechen decades ago. They killed the Syrians in the same way. The Russian bomb destroyed Ukrainian houses in the same way.”
There was no official statement by Kremlin, but at least one informal Russian military blogger claimed that the Ukrainian army was behind the strike.
