USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for a variety of raw meat and pork products that are produced without federal inspection and may have incorrect inspection labels.

This action is part of an ongoing investigation.

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in retail or consumer freezers. Consumers who have purchased the product in question are advised not to consume the product.

Food produced without inspection may contain undeclared allergens, harmful bacteria, or other contaminants that endanger the health and safety of consumers. FSIS is continuing to investigate and may add additional products to this alert as more information becomes available.

The beef and pork items were produced from April 2024 to March 2026. To view labels and product photos, Click here.
