I had to give. viral cookies Trendy, but with a Fit Foodie twist, of course! So, I took my monster cookie recipe and tested it in both the oven and the air fryer, and they were both truly decadent, gooey, and delicious! I like to eat it with a drizzle of peanut butter and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Is it better? My child gets these gooey cookies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every time I make them! That’s always a win in my book.

How to Make Scoopable Cookies

  2. Mix wet ingredients: Add melted butter and brown sugar and mix until lumps disappear. Then add the maple syrup, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla and mix again.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Add flour, quick-cooking oats, baking soda, and salt to wet ingredients. Mix until everything is combined. Add chocolate chips and M&Ms and mix once more.
  4. Roll the cookie dough ball: Separate the cookie dough into 6 equal balls, transfer to a parchment-lined cake pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy! Scoop out your favorite ice cream and serve with it.

Store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, allowing to cool completely before storing. If you want to keep them scoopable, we recommend reheating leftover cookies in the oven or air fryer before serving.
