Video shows flooding surging in the town of Cadaqués in the Spanish province of Girona.
Cars can be seen swept away and piled up on the bridge. No casualties were immediately reported.
The floods come after one of the worst floods in Europe this century caused extensive damage to several parts of Spain, including more than 200 deaths.
