CCTV footage from inside a garage in Port Vila shows the moment a magnitude 7.3 earthquake struck the Vanuatu capital.
The earthquake, which struck at 12:47 local time (01:47 GMT) on Tuesday, triggered landslides, destroyed vehicles and collapsed several buildings.
Two people are seen running away from debris falling in the garage, and the camera also appears to capture a dog trying to run away from danger.
There are unconfirmed reports of deaths and the extent of damage in Vanuatu remains unclear.
