Sides to go with Weekly Meal Plan #5
Why should I plan my meals?
If you don’t plan your meals ahead of time, this will be a game changer for you! Here's why I swear by meal planning.
- Save time: No more panicking about dinner when it’s 4pm. Meal planning lets you know exactly what's on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
- Save money: Prepare to be amazed – meal planning does wonders for your money. Organizing your shopping list for the week makes it easy to spot bulk-buying opportunities and creatively recycle leftovers for future meals. It's a clever approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
- Say goodbye to takeout: Planning your meals and stocking up on groceries will make you less likely to hit the drive-thru. This means saving more money and eating healthier. Win-win!
Perfect your home-cooked meals with our easy-to-read grocery list and weekly meal plan #5 that will help you all week long. No more worrying about what to eat and what to make every night. This recipe is here for you and will take some of the stress out of your life.
Storing Leftover Food
I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish off the week! If you have leftover food, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
