This week’s meal plan is warm and hearty and we’re sure it will be a hit with the whole family. My favorite is chicken parmesan. Because it only takes 20 minutes to prepare, and using an air fryer makes it a much healthier option without sacrificing flavor.

How much do you eat?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week off right. You’ll get 5 meals to feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or children) and a shopping list is included! Planning your weekly menu with new ideas and easy-to-make recipes will be a lifesaver.
Why should you plan your meals?
If you haven’t planned your meals in advance, this will change your life! Here’s why I swear by meal planning.
- Save time: No more panicking about dinner when it’s 4pm. Menu planning allows you to know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
- Save money: Meal planning does wonders for your wallet. Organizing your weekly shopping list makes it easy to spot bulk-buying opportunities and creatively recycle leftovers for future meals. You won’t wander aimlessly through the grocery store, unsure of what to buy.
- Say goodbye to takeout: If you plan your dinner ahead of time and stock up on groceries, you’ll be less likely to hit the drive-thru. By cooking at home, you can save more money and enjoy a healthier diet. Win-win!
Perfect pairing!
These sides will go perfectly with dinner this week. You will love eating chips and guacamole with your fajita soup. To eat potatoes baked in an air fryer with Boursin pork ribs. Olive Garden Salad with Parmesan Chicken and Tetracini Casserole. And my favorite: fried rice and Beijing beef!

Save leftovers for meal planning
I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish off the week! If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
