Why are meal plans helpful?
If you don’t plan your meals in advance, this app will be a game changer for you! Here’s why I swear by meal planning.
- Save time: No more panicking about dinner when it’s 4pm. Meal planning lets you know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
- Save money: Prepare to be amazed – meal planning does wonders for your money. Organizing your shopping list for the week makes it easy to spot bulk-buying opportunities and creatively recycle leftovers for future meals. It’s a clever approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
- Say goodbye to takeout: Planning your meals and stocking up on groceries will make you less likely to hit the drive-thru. This means saving more money and eating healthier. Win-win!
This weekly menu plan is designed to be quick, easy and affordable for your family. Each recipe is designed to simplify your weeknights so you can spend more time with the people you love!

Save leftovers for meal planning
I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish off the week! If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
