Why should you plan your meals?

If you haven’t started meal planning yet, it’s time to give it a try. This is a completely game-changing opportunity! Here’s why I like it:

  • Stress-free evening: Knowing what’s for dinner takes the guesswork out of your day. No need to look at the fridge for inspiration anymore!
  • Healthier choices: When you plan ahead, choosing balanced, nutritious meals can make it easier to achieve your health goals.
  • Reduce food waste: Meal planning allows you to buy only what you need, so you don’t have to throw out forgotten ingredients or leftovers. Great for your budget and the planet!

Save leftovers for meal planning

I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish off the week! If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
