How much do you feed?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week off right. You’ll get 5 meals to feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or children) and a shopping list is included! Planning your weekly menu with fresh ideas and easy-to-make recipes will be a lifesaver.
Why should I plan my meals?
Meal planning isn’t just about dinner – it’s about making life smoother and more enjoyable. Here’s why this works for me:
- Reduce stress: Knowing what’s on the menu takes the guesswork out of meal times, allowing you to relax and focus on what’s important.
- More variety: Planning ahead allows you to mix things up and try new recipes rather than falling into the same dinner rut.
- Family Time: Once dinner is organized, you have more time to sit and enjoy it together.
Give it a try. It might become your new habit!

Save leftovers for meal planning
I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish off the week! If you have leftover food, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
