How much do you feed?

This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week off right. You’ll get 5 meals to feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or children) and a shopping list is included! Planning your weekly menu with fresh ideas and easy-to-make recipes will be a lifesaver.

Why should you plan your meals?

If you don’t plan your meals ahead of time, this will be a game changer for you! Here’s why I swear by meal planning.

  • Save time: No more panicking about dinner when it’s 4pm. Menu planning allows you to know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take to cook.
  • Save money: Meal planning does wonders for your wallet. Organizing your shopping list for the week makes it easy to spot bulk-buying opportunities and creatively recycle leftovers for future meals. It’s a clever approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
  • Say goodbye to takeout: If you plan your dinner ahead of time and stock up on groceries, you’ll be less likely to hit the drive-thru. By cooking at home, you can save more money and enjoy a healthier diet. Win-win!

A delicious dessert worth trying!

My weekly meal plan always includes a printable shopping list that I measure out and have ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Save leftovers for meal planning

I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish the week! If you have leftover food, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
