Why should you plan your meals?
If you haven’t tried meal planning yet, this is your cue. Trust me. Your life is about to change. Here’s why I swear:
Save time: No more 4pm “What should I eat for dinner?” scare. You already know the plan, the groceries are waiting, and dinner is actually on the table.
Save money: Having a plan will help you take control of your shopping cart (and budget). You can shop smarter, buy in bulk when it makes sense, and turn leftovers into something new.
Say goodbye to takeout: Once your meal is ready, you’ll be much less tempted to hit the drive-thru. Save more, eat more meals at home, and feel better.

Save leftovers for meal planning
I only plan my meals Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish the week. If you have leftover food, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
