Why should you plan your meals?
A weekly meal plan can help you feel great all week long! Here’s why I love planning dinner in advance.
- Reduce stress: You already know what’s for dinner, so there’s no need to worry about the last minute.
- Save money: Planning will help you stick to your grocery list, use what you buy, and cut down on takeout.
- Eat Healthier: With a plan and the right ingredients, it’s easier to cook at home instead of getting takeout.
- Save time: Meal planning means you’ll have fewer trips to the grocery store and you won’t have to stare at the fridge wondering what to make.
- A relaxing evening: Dinner becomes more manageable and everyone knows what to expect for the week!

Weekly Meal Plan Leftovers
I only plan my meals Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish the week! If you have leftover food, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
