
Liver damage may begin before the baby is born and before the birth. A 2025 study published in Liver International found that a baby exposed to a healthy diet during pregnancy has already shown signs of liver damage even before birth.1 This early damage is part of the liver of one of the three children in the United States.
In short, the fat inside the liver accumulates, leading to serious damage if swelling, scars and eventually reversed. Amazing part? These children are not sick. They were not overweight and there were no obvious signs of blood sugar or insulin problems. But their liver was already damaged. How to form a baby’s liver before birth
According to this study, pregnant women have caused problems with liver scars and bile acids before the baby, when there are many Western diets, harmful fats and refined sugars.2 Researchers use Japanese monkeys to mimic children’s general liver disease, which shows that it contains fat accumulation, inflammation and liver scars.
• Later, even switching to a healthy diet did not completely solve the problem. Animals that had a healthier diet after birth still showed growth with liver stress and bile tube. Researchers have found that signs of scars and activated liver cells are trying to recover damage. When the process progressed during pregnancy, the diet later did not stop.

For a healthy baby, this duct grows in a controlled way. But from the babies exposed to a healthy diet, the liver began to grow too many ducts before birth and did not stop growing. This over -growth is a signal that is constantly stressed and tries to repair itself. More problems have occurred instead of healing.
• The damage began before birth and could not be reversed later. Babies exposed to a healthy diet have already been born and have accumulated wrong bile acids. In general, enzymes that help control this are slowed or blocked. All of this occurred without signs of infection or inflammation. It was only the result of my mother, and once I started health, it was not enough to cancel the damage later.

2. Keep your total LA intake less than 5 grams a day. It is better if you can get less than 2 grams.
