GapCash is a rewards currency that can only be earned and spent at Gap. When you spend a certain amount while shopping with Gap during a certain scheduled period, the retailer will give you GapCash (a physical or digital coupon linked to your online account). How to get GapCash
At special times throughout the year, you can earn GapCash every time you shop at participating Gap, GapBody, GapKids, babyGap and Gap Factory/Outlet stores, as well as online at Gap.com and GapFactory.com in the U.S. and Puerto. Rico and GapCanada.ca in Canada.
Here's how to get GapCash: Let's say you spent between $50 and $74.99 at a Gap store. You'll receive $20 in GapCash ($40 to get double GapCash) to use during future accepted periods. If you spend $75 – $99.99, you'll receive $30 GapCash (get double GapCash for $60). Online, the tiers are slightly different, with shoppers earning $20 in GapCash by spending between $50 and $99.99. When you spend between $100 and $149.99, you'll get up to $40 in GapCash.

How to Redeem Gap Cash
GapCash must be used during the qualifying redemption period to make all eligible purchases, in-store or online. Your GapCash voucher or email will indicate the date it can be used. Spend $50 to $74.99 on your next purchase and get $20 back in GapCash. Shoppers who spend $75 to $99.99 can redeem $30 GapCash, and shoppers who spend $100 to $124.99 can redeem $40 GapCash. The maximum amount of GapCash that can be used per transaction is $120. You can use one GapCash coupon for a single transaction, but there is no limit to the number of GapCash coupons you can use overall.
You can actually spend less than the full required limit and use a GapCash coupon, but you will receive a lower value discount based on that amount you spent. For example, to redeem $20 at GapCash, you'll need to spend $50 or more, but if you spend $25 or more, you'll get $10 off your purchase.
When does the Gap Run Gap Cash promotion run?
Almost constantly, all year round. Typically, the Gap Cash earning period is approximately 6 weeks. Afterwards, the Gap Cash repayment period continues for approximately one week. So don't lose sleep over Gap Cash. It expires quickly.
Where can I find GapCash codes?
When you receive your GapCash voucher, there will be a code you can enter if you decide to use it online. If you're redeeming GapCash in person, you don't need to do anything other than hand the voucher to the salesperson. Either way, don't lose your GapCash. Basically is cash.
Can I stack Gap Cash with other coupons?
Yes No. GapCash generally cannot be combined with other offers, promo codes or coupons, but Gap Cardmembers can combine GapCash with rewards cards and first purchase discounts on purchases only at retail stores. Gap Rewards members can convert each dollar of GapCash coupons into one rewards point. So even if your busy life prevents you from shopping during the GapCash redemption period, you can still benefit.
