Can Jack Draper reach the ATP Finals? The British No.1 will face Alex de Minaur in the quarter-finals of the Paris Masters, live on Sky Sports Tennis, at 3pm on Thursday.
Draper, 22, has had a great two months, reaching the semifinals of the US Open, winning his second ATP Tour title, and reaching a career-high ranking of 15.
He can move to within 135 points of eighth-placed Andrey Rublev by winning the Paris title at the ATP Live Race To Turin, with further points coming next week at Metz and Belgrade (an ATP 250 event).
If Draper finishes in 9th or 10th place, he will travel to Turin as an alternative.
Draper is on a seven-game winning streak since the start of his title challenge in Vienna but faces De Minaur today. The Australian is ranked 9th in the ATP Live Race To Turin. That’s just 75 points, one spot behind Rublev.
Draper defeated De Minaur in straight sets in the quarterfinals at Flushing Meadows.
