World Athletics Championship: Dina Asher-SMITH says you don’t have a plan to retire and you can still run much faster | Land news

Dina Asher-SMITH competes at 100m and 200m in Tokyo’s World Athletics Championship. I think BRIT will not be overly affected by Japan’s temperature by Zurich’s strong display. Asher-Smith has three individual medals at the previous World Championships.

Dina Asher-SMITH competes with the UK at 100m and 200m at the World Athletics Championship in Tokyo from Saturday.

Dina Asher Smith told SKY SPORTS that there was no end for athletic career, and I think it can still be faster when I approached my 30s.

Brit is competing at 100m and 200m at the Tokyo World Championships from Saturday, and will add three previous medals in this competition.

Asher-SMITH won the bronze medal in Eugene’s longer sprint in 2022 before 200m gold and 100m in Doha in Doha in 2019.

The 29 -year -old boy scored a promising run in 200m to 100m in the same evening in Zurich last month, and then advanced to the championship this year, ranking fourth and second, respectively.

I think 200m will always be my baby. Because I spent a lot of time, but is it still not a little more sexy? They don’t really like it because they both have different parts. They are good either.

Dina Asher-SMITH, SKY SPORTS

“I still think I can run much faster, and my body will be fine. Perhaps it will be fine in the best place.

“I think women athletes are constantly financing what it means that athletes are athletes.

“I just think you should keep rolling. As long as your heart is in it and your heart is in it, you will always do everything right.”

‘I know I have been good for a long time.’

Tokyo’s temperature is expected to be 30c at the World Championships, and Japan has experienced the most popular summer since the recording began in the late 1800s.

Asher-Smith thinks that he can cope with being trained in Texas, and I think he is in a physical and mentally excellent state.

Asher-SMITH was built in Zurich at the end of August as a powerful performance.

She added:

“But to run 10.94 (at 100m of Zurich) -I’m very happy, but I knew that I was faster that day.

“After that, I didn’t expect it because I had fatigue in mind to run 22.18 (200m). I felt fatigue because it was so easy.

“I am in a great place that comes to this, I just want to enjoy it and be proud of it at the World Championships.

“If you are just in a happy and mental place, it makes everything much easier.”
