WorldHotels has expanded its Caribbean portfolio with the addition of: Acqua di Mare Resort RoatanResort hotel near the island’s famous West Bay Beach, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The hotel is already registered as part of: World Hotel Distinctive It has a collection and is available through the company’s booking platform, which marks a shift from future hotel openings to active brand partnerships.

A New World Hotel Resort Near West Bay Beach
Acqua di Mare is located on Kai Lind Way, a short walk from West Bay Beach. West Bay Beach is a white sand beach that has become the center of Roatan’s hotels, restaurants and dive sites.
The property’s location puts travelers close to: mesoamerican reefRoatan’s coral gardens and abundant marine life make the island one of the Caribbean’s best snorkeling and scuba diving destinations.
The resort also has its own dive center along with a concierge desk where you can book island tours and activities. Other experiences offered through the property include parasailing, dolphin visits, ziplining and golf.
Room, suite and condo-style accommodations
Acqua di Mare’s accommodations include traditional rooms, suites, and large condo-style rooms designed for families and groups.
The hotel’s two-bedroom family condos can accommodate up to five people. Each room has a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
The Superior Condo sleeps up to 5 people and has king-sized beds in both bedrooms.
Both condo categories feature two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchen with high-end appliances, and a private balcony.
WorldHotels lists in-room amenities including smart TVs, free wireless Internet, air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, safes, and turndown service. Some accommodations also include a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen equipment.
The larger layout will make the resort especially attractive to families, couples traveling together and visitors planning an extended Roatan stay.

The resort has a year-round outdoor pool with a swim-up bar and offers poolside service. WorldHotels also includes an indoor pool among its hotel amenities.
The property’s main restaurants are: tideserves international cuisine along with dishes influenced by Honduran and Caribbean cuisine. The restaurant also has a lounge offering a cocktail program.
Acqua di Mare has a separate poolside bar serving drinks by the pool, and breakfast is served à la carte daily.
Room service is available daily and the hotel is a full-service, non-smoking hotel with a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and concierge services.
Meetings and Events in Roatan
Acqua di Mare also offers indoor and outdoor venues for corporate meetings, celebrations and other private events.
The resort can accommodate gatherings of 10 to 50 people and offers food and beverage service for your event. Wedding services are also available through the hotel.
