As fuel prices rise, some of the cheapest gasoline in the country can be found on Native American lands across the country.
States such as California, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma and Washington have dozens of tribally owned gas stations, including some on busy travel corridors.
These locations are exempt from state fuel taxes and can sell gasoline at much lower prices than nearby competing gas stations.
