Asparagus Free Tata with Burrata
This elegant brunch recipe features a hint of fresh asparagus, creamy and herb pesto, and is all golden perfectly. Surprisingly, a simple seasonal show topper!

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Shake eggs, creams, phamasan, salt and pepper in the middle bowl together.
Put olive oil in the oven safety frying pan in the middle column. Add asparagus and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes on the stove or until the edge is set.
Carefully put a frying pan in a preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until it becomes puff and brown.
Remove the top from the oven with torn birata and pesto dew. Serve warmly.
Refrigerated the food left in a closed container for up to 3 days. Renest in the oven or microwave.
