I have had some pretty serious dental issues for years now, without insurance and not being able to afford to fix small issues before they become big ones. And if you have similar issues, even if it's just one small nerve, the pain radiates throughout your jaw to the point where you wonder if you could get your head amputated.
When things got really bad I used Anbesol or Orajel for a long time, and Advil and Tylenol for pain relief. Then a few years ago Colgate came out with this amazing little paste (not toothpaste) that really helped with the pain. But the last time I had a tooth/mouth ache I couldn't find that little Colgate thing anywhere. I think they discontinued it. 🙁 Luckily Amazon had a replacement and I figured it was worth a try.
This is seriously life changing! I don't know how it works so well considering it's 20% benzocaine, which is the same amount as Anbesol and Ora Gel. But somehow it feels better. Maybe it's because the little stick applicator helps you get it in the right spot, and the liquid absorbs faster than the gel. Just a guess. Whatever it is, it works incredibly fast and I'm so grateful to have it. I've already ordered two more packs just in case I need them.
