Saint Lucia’s most exciting new resort, complete with butlers, luxury villas and plunge pools, has just opened on Reduit Beach.

saint lucia It is most famous for its pitons, chocolate, romance and incredible natural beauty. But when it comes to the beach, it stands above the rest. Reduit Beach.

A long stretch of perfect golden sand on the island’s west coast, close to the island’s energy hub at Rodney Bay.

Now we have a new flagship resort. Sapphire Sands Villa by Bay Garden Resort.

The most exciting new resort in St Lucia and the wider Caribbean this year opened on Reddit Beach last week, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Key additions to St. Lucia

Catering to one of the fastest-growing trends in luxury travel, Sapphire Sands is a villa resort with a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom villas on Reduit Beach.

This is a stylishly designed resort with an interesting layout. It consists of 9 villas with a total of 27 keys. Not only does this mean a wide range of customizable configurations, including one-, two- and three-bedroom options, but they’re also well-suited to groups and families. The latter is a particularly unique option on the island, where there are far more adult-oriented resorts than family-friendly accommodations.

All rooms have a balcony with sea views, and some also include a plunge pool.

And yes, all rooms have balconies with ocean views, and some ground floor rooms come with private plunge pools.

That said, there really isn’t a resort like this in St. Lucia. This resort happens to be located on the best beach on the island.

Sanovnik Destang, Managing Director of Bay Gardens Resorts, said the opening was “the next step in the development of luxury hospitality for our company and for Saint Lucia.”

“This reflects our belief that true luxury is deeply personal and rooted in exceptional service and a true sense of place. Our goal was not to simply build another luxury hotel,” he said. “The goal was to create an experience that felt unmistakably St. Lucia while setting a new standard for modern Caribbean hospitality. Welcoming our first guests is a proud moment for our entire team.”

All Access

Because it’s part of the Bay Gardens portfolio, Sapphire Sands gives you complimentary access to the other four resorts. This means you can visit restaurants throughout the area along with the resort’s pool and daily entertainment.

Guests can also enjoy the Bay Garden Beach Club, home to the island’s signature floating water park and kids’ club.

butler

This may be the biggest amenity here. Specially trained butlers (more details here https://www.caribjournal.com/2025/11/26/saint-lucia-sapphire-sands-new-luxury-resort/) will be on hand to fulfill your every request or high-touch requirements as required by the hotel. This means that whether you want to customize your holiday before you arrive or make all of your appointments during your stay, you can ask a variety of questions with just one phone call.

food

The main restaurant is a new spot called Kimchi & Kalaloo, a mix of Caribbean and Asian flavors, including Korean barbecue. But as with all Bay Gardens resorts, we make it a point to actively encourage you to get out and explore Rodney Bay’s taste and culinary outpost.

When first launched, Bay Gardens also offers a unique all-inclusive option that allows you to extend your stay at Sapphire Sands for the first time. The best part? There is actually a “dining area” option where you can go to a local restaurant outside the property and eat there as part of the package. That’s a really cool idea. The idea is to give you nine restaurants to choose from. Bay Gardens pioneered this idea 10 years ago, and it has inspired several other hotels around the region.

takeout

What I’ve always loved about Bay Gardens is that staying in one of their properties makes you feel really good. format In Saint Lucia. This is a locally owned resort with decades of family tradition that puts an authentic island experience first. You won’t get any trite results here. You’re getting real results.

expense

If you’re looking for a one-bedroom beachfront suite with a king-size bed, the current price is $692.75. A two-bedroom beach suite currently costs about $1,147.50.

My favorite amenity is the private pool option. In a very welcome touch, you can also get a one-bedroom suite with its own pool. It costs approximately $756.50 for a king and $777.75 for a double.
