1-2 cloves of garlic
1 large zucchini or 2 small zucchini
A handful of fresh spinach
120ml / 1/2 cup white wine
500ml / 2 cups of vegetable broth
120 ml/1/2 cup cream or coconut cream
A handful of fresh herbs (we use dill and mint, but basil works well too)
