According to the Food Standards Agency (FSA), domestic food safety practices have changed little in five years.

The findings come from a report on consumer self-reported practices in the home from 2020 to 2025. The report covers actions related to hand washing, cross-contamination, cooking, cooling, use-by dates and other topics such as changes for financial reasons.
