Hello, beauties! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I cleaned out my closet and sold a bunch of my purses to make more space in my closet. I was surprised that so many people wanted my cute mini bag. I liked them too, but most people got bored with them. I still have a few of my favorite purses or think I’ll wear them again. Anyway, last night I thought I’d answer a question about trends I’d never wear. My answer:
– There are a lot of animal patterns. Despite the popularity of animal print last season, I still feel like animal print doesn’t suit me. I styled a jacket and blouse with animal print (you can check out my post). here and here). But I don’t think it suits me. I guess I don’t have any animal instincts =) But I keep a pair of animal print sandals in my closet.
– Bicycle shorts. You may have seen a lot of famous bloggers wearing blazers and bike shorts and sharing them all over the internet. For me, it’s a big NO. First, I’ve never been a fan of bike shorts, especially ones that expose all my genitals to the world. Anyway, if you like this trend, go for it. But it’s a tough pass for me.
– Fringe. I’ve never been a huge fan of fringe, even though it looks great in photos or on the runway. I can’t see myself wearing it. I hope the designers come up with something I can try.
– Items with feathers. I never liked the feather detail on anything. The moment I see a small detail on a piece of clothing, I always associate it with birds.
Anyway, the photo is more my style. I’m wearing a polka dot blouse that was popular on Shopbop (Find) Similar here too) I paired it with black straight leg jeans from my favorite brand, SIWY (made in LA). Many people have also inquired about these sandals. Well, I bought it. Topshop. That pretty bag is made in Georgia. I love handmade pieces and amazing details.
